“I looked at their measurements and it seemed fine based off the website, but in person the box is much bigger. I am guessing that the measurements online are inside of the box and don't include the actual box itself, which is a problem because the box is very thick and adds a lot of cms. stay away. bad service, I explained this and asked for a refund but was told no. now I'm left with $500 of boxes I can't use. Ridiculous... their website states that they understand it can be hard to order boxes online and to reach out if there's any issues which i did only to get a copy and paste reply of ACCC law. stay away, get from somewhere else that actually has measurements and actual service.”
