Then asked for picture of product when they had the package. Still have not received my money back. They are probably stalling to pass the no refund date.”

Was told they could exchange in the US but had to returned to China for a refund. Finally got an address from them to send to China. Now today November 4 2025, They package was returned to me with a note they would not accept damaged goods. I opened the unopened package and everything is just as I sent it. Ripped off for $54.00. My 2 ⭐️ review on another site was at least 1 too many, following my interactions with Julia earlier today. So after 2 days of out and out ignoring my emails, I received a reply email moments after the company replied to my review on another site. So my public review is what it took to get a follow up email. Funny thing is that they went from a 60% refund down to a 50% refund. So how is that trying to make up for horrible customer service. I sure wish I would have looked at the reviews here and other places, instead of just looking on the company’s website. Both issues I encountered would have been brought to light. The sizing is drastically smaller than listed AND the Customer Service is a true DISSERVICE to their customers. There is no way I would have ordered, and I wouldn’t be going through all kinds of nonsense.
If I can stress one thing to others. DO NOT Believe the website’s statement of Free 45 day Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee. That is such BS!”

I even tried the telephone number that they provided and when dialed, the number was no longer in service. The underwear itself does not have a slot to allow for urination. Must pull down your pants and the briefs. Do not buy anything from this company.”
“Beware of Boxhero. I selected their 5+5 option, they sent me an email confirming 5+5, then a second email confirming only 5 pairs selected. I received only 5 pairs, contacted their customer service, they say "you did not select 5+5". I sent them their own email confirming 5+5, they still decided to do nothing. Did not send me the pairs that I paid for, did not offer a refund. Horrible customer service, horrible store. Avoid buying from them, I for sure will never anymore.”
