“Ordered from them Dec 23rd, 2024. To date, I have not received any product. I've contacted them several times regarding the order, and then got tired of waiting and requested a refund. Haven't gotten that, either. I'm sure, after reading all the BAD REVIEWS, I never will get either the product OR the refund!”
“Its a fake site. Email and contact no. is now working. There is no 5+5 underwear offer. They simply take Rs.699/- send 4 Underwear. Its totally a fraud site. Don't buy these underwear. They are fooling public for Money. Even the ORDER NO. B-15587 is fake.”

“Not a legit return or refund policy
I placed an order on their website and was led to believe they offered returns and refunds. This is posted on their site. When my order arrived the garments were way too small. I contacted their customer service via email and was told that I could donate the items and they would send replacement items but I would have to pay shipping (from China). I responded by writing that wasn't a suitable solution for me. They replied that they do not have pre-paid shipping materials so I would have to pay shipping in order to get a refund. Not a very useful return policy. I do not recommend Boxhero.

I am truly disappointed in this advertising scam taking money from people creating expectation receiving nothing. Even shared a story of how the company was founded. How low can people really go?”

“Sizing was a little small ( ordered a Medium; quite snug) but overall they were comfortable. After 2 washes in cold water and air drying, one pair ripped along a seam. I wrote to Box Hero - response was to offer a discount on ANOTHER future purchase. Needless to say- buyer beware. Won’t ever order from Box Hero again and will warn others not to as well. There are many other choices of dealing with reputable companies. I bought directly through their website.”
