“Avoid, says order dispatched a month ago but not delivered. Insurance paid to cover lost goods. Won't respond to email apart from an automated response stating that they will contact within 72 hours but any further emails will result in you being sent to the back of the queue. Shame as previous order was ok and the boxers are very comfortable.”

No package was received by 6/10/20 so I emailed them to ask about the status of my order and whereabouts of my package. They responded by verifying my email stating they would get it out to me. Another month has passed by and still not received. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid but this seems excessive. 3 months waiting on an underwear order. No response from my most recent email inquiry to them.”

Bad quality and fitting is like for boys!! Probably they fit only small packages.
