“Worst customer service ever
After I bought some items from this shop, I noticed there was an issue with entered address and notified them immidately. The support has replied to me by reassuring that it has been solved and there is nothing to worry about. However, the address was not fixed and the products were sent back because of this. When I asked them to send it back, they told me I should pay an extra fee, which I agreed to. I have asked them how we will proceed with the payment. In the reply mail I was told that the payment will be made with Paypal and the payment request has been sent to me. However, there was no payment request sent. I have sent a follow up mail which got no reply in return. After several days, I decided to cancel the purchase so I sent another mail stating that it has taken long enough and I don't want the products to be sent back anymore, still no replies. The customer service of this shop is the worst. I am wondering if I will ever get my money back now.”
“I purchased twice from their online store. I purchased a few underwear from them (mostly briefs). They were all true too size. For anyone who have size problem. Their sizes are the same or similar to Calvin Klein. I placed another order on Black Friday this year, and then received the package in Dec (I believe they have a lot of order to process during the shopping season). All products came as expected. All the shirts and underwear fit perfectly and true to size. The only items I dislike were the compression shorts and leggings/Tights. When you put them on, you don't feel the pressure on your legs or they are not real compression leggings in other words. I'd recommend people to purchase compression leggings from Under Amour since they started the business with compression leggings and have good reputations for years. Besides that, I'm pretty satisfied with the rest of the items from the packages and deliveries.”

Brought multiple items in one large purchase to find one item with a Stitching default. Requested to return the item but was bluntly refused and as they said it did not constitute a return in faulty good or unfit for purpose.
Pure negative emails. No customer service..”

I had a terrible experience with the works customer experience I have ever encountered. This company scammed me over 80€ as they only delivered part of my order and never did anything to fix the issue/scam.

“Bought a pair of joggers from box, I normally get medium, as these were slim fit I went for large. I honestly couldn’t get them on they were so small they would have fitted a ten year old child. I’m not particularly big and they wouldn’t go past my calves let alone up to my waist. When I contacted box they wanted me to post them back to them recorded delivery, which would have cost more than the joggers! I’ve spent a lot of money on boxers before I won’t be again, just going to bin the joggers cause I don’t know a twig I could give them to. Beware these are not true to size and would never fit a normal man.”

The briefs and boxers & jocks I have are amazing they feel great look great (better on) i started with just two pairs now iv had to make room in my draws for more and now my husband as he likes them to! The price you pay is definitely worth it and you can tell once u get a pair and put them on fit is great, bulge is nice and clear! and it’s like ur not got any thing on. “Avoid, says order dispatched a month ago but not delivered. Insurance paid to cover lost goods. Won't respond to email apart from an automated response stating that they will contact within 72 hours but any further emails will result in you being sent to the back of the queue. Shame as previous order was ok and the boxers are very comfortable.”

Spending 108.00 and nothing is a bit worrying not sure what to do next.

I have no idea how the porn stars, in particular wear them. They are so tight in the crutch area. I reckon women’s underwear would have more space.

“I placed my order on 4/25/20. I received an email confirmation that my order shipped on 4/28/20. No package was received by 6/10/20 so I emailed them to ask about the status of my order and whereabouts of my package. They responded by verifying my email stating they would get it out to me. Another month has passed by and still not received. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid but this seems excessive. 3 months waiting on an underwear order. No response from my most recent email inquiry to them.”
