“I have just received my first order from box, a Saitek Rudder Pedals for my hobby of flight simming. they were delivered promptly by Hermes courier, in very secure package. I have been trying to buy these for some time, but everywhere I looked I found they were out of stock - beleive it or not - even on the saitek site itself. Box had six in stock and at a lower price than I could find anywhere else. Fantastic - i will by coming to Box again for more. Thanks.”

“Was very disappointed when I ordered an item on the Sunday with the view of receiving it by the Friday as it was up to five working days for delivery, when on the Friday I received an email stating your order has only just been dispatched ..........no sorry and no explanation, are you kidding me, now that's service for you, will not be shopping with you again!”

“Router was not new. Box opened, all platic opened, settings applied. Router had to be factory reset before use. If I'd wanted a used router I'd have bought one on ebay for much less”

“The only prob delivery was a tad long winded, ordered 1 Aug delivery 8th Aug. took me a while to get the settings right, but all in all a good monitor, quite pleased with it”

“Delivery person was female and said she could not carry my order so my partner had to go and get it from her vehicle. When I arrived home I managed to lift it without any problem. Had a problem initially installing the printer but re-ran software disc and it worked. I am very pleased with the speed of processing and delivering of my order. Thank you”
