“Got a new Graphics Card and Power Supply for my son's PC, I fitted them but couldn't get the PC to power up. Took the PC to the Box shop at Minworth and after about 10 minutes it was up and working. They couldn't have been more helpful and the new components are working well, my son loves the performance of the Graphics Card.”

“Just received my personal built computer. Have to say I am very satisfied with everything overall. There were a few problems with the initial building of the unit, which was raised to me by a member of their staff ( Tom Hindle ), but he was very quick to offer me replacement parts which best suited my unit. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back if I ever need any other parts . :) :)”

“I ordered a computer system to my spec. Lead time was stated as 10 days and it arrived in 10 days duly delivered, as promised by the delivery email, by Gary of DPD at the promised time! You can't beat that quality of service! Thank you Box.”

“My order was an MSI GE62 laptop Ok so on the positive side. +product was cheapest I found and included bag and headset +was processed quickly +support were helpful when I finally managed to speak to someone. But I had to email and request a call before that happened. Neutral "I can live with." Next day Saturday delivery was £20. The 1.6% credit card fee was not included in the advertised price. Unfortunately there a few unacceptable negatives. - product was dead on arrival because of a failed memory upgrade performed by box.co.uk -no customer service at all on Sunday's - I've had to re- install the ram myself or suffer a lengthy return to box.co.uk diagnosis and resolution process. Would hesitate to use again unless they were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the competition.”

“Delivery time was good and build quality was great. All cables tied and all parts correct. Opened it up to add a Blu Ray drive and graphics card and was pleased to see a nice neat job. Will be ordering from box again in the future.”
