“The monitor I received was definitely not brand new, the seal was broken and there were no protection film on the screen. Maybe this was a customer returned monitor, but they just can't states it's brand new on their website.”

“A very simple and easy to use check out method. A professional and quick service throughout. Although DPD did not get the parcel to me on the Saturday despite paying £19.99 extra, this is no fault of Box.co.uk. Called Box to explain this and they immediately offered to refund the delivery cost. Great customer service and will definitely use them again.”

“The machine seems to run smoothly and quietly. I am new to Win 8.1 so I hope it is just the lousy OS which is letting the side down. I am using it for Reason 8 and so far it hasn't broke into a sweat, it downloads at lightening speed and everything seems to install over the net without driver disks! It is the best value machine I've found after days of looking, to be honest I wanted Win 7 which seems to offer a good interface without going all 'app city'. When I can work out how to run three monitors it should be prefect. I am very pleased with this purchase and have added 'box' to my favourites.”

“Had problems with my first monitor. Box were very good with the RMA, collecting and returning the monitor. Eventually the monitor failed completely and Box collected it and replaced it promptly and courteously. Excellent service. Thanks Box.”

“Product damaged but only discovered this outside of 3 days from delivery (it was a Christmas gift, opened 4 days after delivery) I have been told that a return/exchange is not possible, still waiting for a response to my reply.”

“Very Pleased, Got a Quality Monitor (Acer H276HL 27" IPS) for £130 in the Sale. Ordered on the 27dec and it arrived before the new year.”

“Ordered and payed extra for next day delivery. Got a dispatch email that day but tracking info didn't work... It turned out that the package hadn't left till after the new year bank holiday so I wouldn't receive my package to the following Monday, which was 5 days later. I understand there may be a backlog over Christmas/new year buy the next say delivery service shouldn't be available if they can't process orders fully that day. Even stuff ordered the same day posted using royal mail has arrived before it.”
