“Pros: . Price for the product was the best I could find. . Value for money for the product was excellent. . Many reputable brands. . Delivery arrived earlier than the ETA. . Range of delivery options (including free delivery option & pick-up) Cons: . ETA of delivery was a lot later than the actual delivery which may have stopped me from purchasing the product if I could have found better delivery times (stating "3-5 days" for free delivery would have been better than "up to 5 days"). . Product picture of the keyboard I ordered was in another language which could have resulted in me refraining from purchasing the product had I saw it earlier. . Website could be a little nicer on the eye (especially the "my account" page which has really small and bland text. A little bit of formatting would be nice. Overall: Excellent website/store for purchasing good value for money products at competitive prices. 8.5/10 overall score.”

“Recently purchased a Cube I3 PC. Delivery was not as timely as expected. Once the product was with the courier I was kept informed of progress, so not a problem. The PC was very well packaged. The PC is constructed from good quality modules. I have no concerns at all about quality. Price was good in view of this. Overall pleased with the purchase. Would recommend Box and the courier Hermes.”

“A great company and product as I wanted to create a custom desktop computer for home use. The website was very easy to use, I was able to individualise my computer very easily and the help screens allowed me to compare and choose the components that I needed at my price point. The prices were very competitive in comparisons to other online companies. The good warranty and delivery price included in the price made the computer an even better value. Although I was quoted 10 working days for delivery, the desktop was turned around and delivered to me in six working days; the computer was very securely packaged. DPD allowed for easy tracking and notification of the deliver schedule.The desktop started up and worked perfectly. I also noticed that the cables were neatly tied together within the case. As a nice touch the computer was already set up and configured so that it was ready to go straight away. I would recommend Box to anyone. Well done.”

“Bought in the afternoon, delivered by midday wow, I didnt ask for that service, I was very impressed. The printer is fine, still havnt worked out how to scan or copy, but have managed to get the printer working, a clear readable instructon manuel as opposed to an unclear on disc one, would have been very helpfull. All in all would use company again.”
