“Ordered on the Friday, delivered on the Saturday...easy! Unfortunately I wasn't in and the Hermes chap left the parcel with a neighbour and didn't leave a card. That said, the support from Box was great and the Hermes courier knocked on my door and apologised for their mistake. Great customer service all round. This was my first purchase from Box and it won't be my last.”

“The unit was returned in good basic working order. There was no information as to what the repair had been. Windows had been loaded but without any drivers so I could not access the internet to download any of the missing drivers. I believe that some written information as to the fix and warranty of the fix unit should be included with the returned laptop.”

“I brought the Nabi 2 from box.co.uk I've never used this company before but I pleasantly surprised at what a easy web page it is to use and quick confirmation and very quick delivery which was free my items came within 3 days I haven't tried the Nabi as it's a gift for Christmas for my boys but every thing looks in order and I'm sure my boys will be very Happy will definitely recommend this company”

“Bought a printer. It was the best "real" price available. Ordering online was low-hassle. Delivery was quick and great :) First told the day - then emailed a 1 hour timeslot 10:52 - 11:52. It arrived at 11:52. (Fortunately they didn't use Yodel deliveries who have yet to deliver *anything * to me on the day promised! ) Thanks Box and thanks DPD deliveries. Great service. Will use again.”

“Item arrived on time, happy with the build quality, nice bit of kit. Would have been 5 stars, but the monitors shipped with VGA cables instead of HDMI - even though the motherboard I chose doesn't have any VGA ports. Don't necessarily expect HDMI cables for free, but would have been easier to have a prompt to order them at the same time, rather than scrounge them from other equipment and wait for Amazon to deliver.”
