“Had the product in stock when no one else did (k70 rgb keyboard). Ordered late on a Friday night, my parcel arrived on the following Tuesday as promised. Excellent service and will come to box.co.uk again in the future”

“my only gripe was the fact that i could not access one of the hard drives. Box could not help as they do not have a tech department, they gave me a number to call, turned out to be for motherboards, called box again and was given web site for gigabyte. Anyway, sorted it myself, box had not formatted or created a partition on the drive, not the end of the world, but annoying. second gripe, the laptop was full of malware etc, malwarebytes found over 100 items. It would be good to have a clean purchase!!!!.”

“I had ordered the new razor chroma keyboard as a Christmas present. I had ordered it on a Saturday and to my great delight it arrived on the Tuesday afternoon! The keyboard it self was in great condition, works very smoothly and not a bump on the packaging ! Definitely be shopping here again !”

“Fast turn around, good communication, but suspect build quality as my computer would have been useful as it came apart as I removed it from the box. If the case is designed to come apart easily then a label or other notification would have been useful.”

“Would love to give more positive feedback. Have always been very satisfied with your service. This laptop was 'tracked' as having left Yodel Service centre last Thursday. I emailed you on Saturday. No reply. Phoned today. 'Wait till we deal with your email'. I still don't have an answer re where it has got to except rather lame Black Friday excuse. Not terribly happy.”
