“I ordered a gaming keyboard and received it very promptly and in excellent condition. I would definitely use this company again. The fact that they are a google certified seller is a bonus.”

“A great company and product as I wanted to create a custom desktop computer for home use. The website was very easy to use, I was able to individualise my computer very easily and the help screens allowed me to compare and choose the components that I needed at my price point. The prices were very competitive in comparisons to other online companies. The good warranty and delivery price included in the price made the computer an even better value. Although I was quoted 10 working days for delivery, the desktop was turned around and delivered to me in six working days; the computer was very securely packaged. DPD allowed for easy tracking and notification of the deliver schedule.The desktop started up and worked perfectly. I also noticed that the cables were neatly tied together within the case. As a nice touch the computer was already set up and configured so that it was ready to go straight away. I would recommend Box to anyone. Well done.”

Hermes made an attempted delivery last Friday and there has been no redelivery and they have no collection point. Their tracking information hasn't changed since the 1st August its now 6th August. Box enquiry ref Ref:{7TFM4JEVGD}:P 5564871561884686 Postcode: LE12 7SY I just noticed there has been a recent change to the tracking info yesterday so fingers crossed 05/08/2015 05:46 Manifested to Courier Its rediculous having a courier service which has no collection points unless they deliver in the evenings since most people will be out working during the day. In the US couriers use supermarkets which are open late as collection areas and delivery points. Regards, Stewart”

“Rubbish Customer Services, Never Buying Again. Bought a laptop and didn't like it. I called them the next day to return it, but they said I can't return it just because I paid with my business card. I clearly told them it was for my wife. Don't buy them from at all. I am not using a laptop and have lost my £570. They should have at least clearly mentioned the terms. Never buying anything from them again.”

“Bought in the afternoon, delivered by midday wow, I didnt ask for that service, I was very impressed. The printer is fine, still havnt worked out how to scan or copy, but have managed to get the printer working, a clear readable instructon manuel as opposed to an unclear on disc one, would have been very helpfull. All in all would use company again.”

“I had used the box previously but this time I paid for a 2 day delivery. It did not arrive so I called and the person I spoke to did not apologise or explain where my order was. I needed the order for saturday but then later got an email saying I wouldn't be getting it until Monday now. I called to cancel it and was told I would have to accept delivery and pay to return it. I have refused delivery and I am still waiting for a refund. Very disappointed. Can someone please refund my money.”
