“Delivered stuff quickly via decent courier - good. Faulty product - bad. Handled return reasonably and quickly, again via decent courier - good. A few months later, followed up refund with erroneous automatic e-mail suggesting the refund wasn't going to go through - bad. Overall? Meh.”

“Found myself with far too many ethernet leads than my Sky router could handle. Googling brought up that I needed an ethernet switch and doing some research brought up Box as having a wide range at very keen prices. Order placed and item received very quickly. Plugged everything in and haven't looked back since. A great little gadget that suits my needs perfectly. Delighted with the smooth efficient ordering process from BOX. Well recommended.”
