“The website is misleading with no correct information about how to order online and collect in store. No info about when the order will be processed and whether you can collect on weekends. It mentions they have a shop but says nothing about how to order from the shop and pick up the same day. I struggled to get some hard drives on a sat, I had to turn up at the shop to find out it's a separate operation to the website. The contact numbers on the website are also useless, as they do not answer on weekends and there is no number on the site for the shop.”

“Packaging left a little to be desired, the KB box was pretty beaten up inside the polythene bag it had been posted in. Otherwise a good transaction, quick dispatch and low price!”

“This was the first time I had purchased anything from Box. Naturally a keen price is of importance so it was a good start to see that they were offering the Outback Camera at a very good price. This together with speedy delivery added up to a pleasant buying experience.”

“Arrived with limited packaging, hence a broken screen. Returned it in person after negotiating fuel refund (so as to have it repaired before Christmas and to avoid repeat of the packaging issue - about which they seemed unconcerned, 'only affects 1 in a 1000'). The repaired laptop (I did request a total replacement due to the obvious trauma which the whole unit had evidently experienced) then had a glitch in that the hardware was not fully compatible with its software. On recovery from sleep mode, it requires a reboot after the wifi adapter has been uninstalled. The company acknowledged the issue, and also that it was remiss of them not to have been up front about it, but offered no resolution other than a full refund. Still, no doubt, the cheapest on the market.”

“Absolutely Awesome! The Box was cheeper than everywhere else for the item I ordered, the delivery was really quick, arriving the next morning. I also couldn't be happier with the item itself which is really well made. I would definitely recommend!”

“This was the first time I had dealt with Box and I must say, it really was first class. Your wrebsite was easy to use and to order from. Just can't think of enough superlatives to say how pleased I am with my purchase and delivery was exceptionally quick. I was just amazed how quickly my order was executed. The reason for my purchase was to replace an ageing XP Shuttle p.c. that would be pushed to the limit to take on Windows 8.1 let alone, the new about to be released Windows 10! Opting for the Cube Slim Bing series Desktop with 8Gb DDR3 Bing build meant I could purchase a reasonably specked p.c. Without breaking the bank. Whilst perhaps not fast enough for the "Serious Gamers" amongst us its an ideal general purpose machine that will see us into Windows 10 hopefully. Many thanks to sales / support at Box.co.uk for assisting me with my decision to order both the Network & Bluetooth USB Dongles. ( a very prompt reply from support). I wouldn't hesitate to order any thing else or pass on your web site details if asked in the future. Regards to all at Box. Dave Smith.”

“I am completely satisfied with the computer, however, the postage took much longer than expected and that is why I have only rated the service "good" rather than "very good". The team were very helpful even after the sale had gone through, answering any questions I had, so overall it was a positive experience.”
