“Very happy with the gaming laptop and dispatch but was let down by dpd,no fault of BOX, who I had trouble getting to release my package from their depot over a week from them receiving it.”

“Rapid delivery from Box, product arrived on time and securely packed. No issues with Box at all. Sadly product is just not fit for an older house with proper walls and floors, but no a reason to return.”

“The delivery was top notch! I like the fact that they gave me an "as it happens" delivery information. Although I paid for and requested that the item be unboxed, it wasn't done when it was delivered. I called the customer service and they were apologetic and almost immediately refunded the money I had paid. All in all, I would highly recommend them.”

The dispatch and delivery was very quick. As for the product itself, It was of usual asus exeptional quality and craftsmanship.
