“Disappointed, the Ebay writeup implied the drive came with the software. I bought the drives and your support highlighted the fact I would need to organise the software from Kingston. I need another drive for another PC and will purchase from a supplier who offers the drive and the cloning software bundled.”

“This is my second purchase of a laptop in the last few years from BOX - as it was time for an upgrade to windows 8.1 & I wanted a number of other features as well the Toshiba U920 met all of those requirements! One gripe especially after spending £500 - who ever picks the item to be dispatched & while I appreciate a box may be a box to you DO NOT put the huge white sticker over the front of the box it takes away from the pleasure of receiving the item! Sincerely P.A.A.”

“I no longer have a paper record of this device but I only bought one Telefunken made item from Box. It was a tablet and it was DOA. There was no quibble about me returning it for a refund but the postage cost me £11. Considering Box sent out faulty goods I am not too pleased about the £11. Hence two stars.”

“This is a great tablet for me.easy to use but can be slow.as I am quite slow using this tablet it is not a problem for me.the only downside is the charging,when I have fully charged the tablet it uses the battery life when switched off.this is annoying.”
