“I ordered 2 Damson Twists. Box sent me 1 Damson Twist and 1 soiled empty box. Then refused to do anything saying I should have refused delivery. I could feel 2 boxes in the package which was rolled. Once unrolled and opened there was a hole in the bottom of the bag-(not big enough for 1 of the boxes to pass through mind. Box say as the package was damaged I should have refused delivery!! Thing is it was very carefully rolled and taped to hide the hole. Like I've said the hole was too small for the contents to pass through, so they sent me an empty BOX!!! Total garbage company.”

“the item we ordered was a gemini tablet. the item arrived quickly and so far has been enjoyed by my granddaughter who we purchased it for. Value for money is excellent. the only slight snag was that the item came with no operating instructions which has made it more difficult and time consuming to get things going.”
