I have bought a few motherboards since building my new computer and expanding it. I thought I had a very good ASUS model. Until I bought this MSI unit, the quality exudes out of it when you open the box! It's the little things that make the difference, labels for cables in sticker form, links to Youtube to view 'how too' videos are a very special touch. Also the next gen capability of this gives me some very solid assurance that this motherboard has staying power for when I want to further improve my system. All in all, I'm a VERY happy shopper.

Product as described and seems 100% (After only 2 days usage) Delivery, however was really disappointing. I paid for the enhanced 48Hr delivery but it took , in fact. 10 days to be delivered. On enquiry , i was told that it was 48 hrs after the pc was built -- no indication on the website that this was the case. Packaging was poor . and the outside box had significant damage despite being cris crossed with "Fragile" tape. DPD were the couriers. -- I was so concerned that I took pictures of the package before I opened it, fearing that the contents would be damaged. Cosmetically there was no damage, but after only 2 days use who knows????

I had requested next day shipping but in total took 3 days, I had placed the order in the morning well before any cut off time. I had to chase customer service 3 times for tracking before I received it. but arrived well packed and as described.

My first and only experience of Box.co.uk. The combination of a great price, quick availability and being able to collect it from a local pick-up point made for a great transaction. I'd certainly use it again. I just hope it will be as good the next time.

Great service fromBOX. I'd never heard of you before but Google shopping showed you as the cheapest people for the printer I wanted. Shame about the delivery [erson leaving my parcel out in the rain even though the same person working for Hermes had deleviered a parcel the day before and had used my parcel box outside my house. so clearly they new it was there and I checked the printer did fit. Luckily it was not damaged by the rain

I was very impressed with the service received. The item was well packaged and the time taken between ordering and delivery was extremely fast, even though the p&p was free. Impressive especially since it is nearing Christmas. Thank you. I will be looking to use Box Limited again in the future.

I ordered an item on 9th Dec, item had still not arrived by 16th. Contacted Customer Services who advised parcel was missing and an investigation would take 5 days. I advised that I would like a refund as I couldn`t wait any longer for an item which should have been delivered in 2 days. The call handler said that a refund would only be given after the investigation which is I accept. But I was told that if the item was delivered in that time frame I would have to return it at my own expense. I am happy to wait for a refund but I find it poor customer relations that a customer is expected to foot the bill for something that is not their fault. Disappointed.

Machine arrived very quickly and the software booted without a problen. The only negative comment I would make that detracts from the otherwise 5/5 was that the rear USBs were slightly out of alignment, which caused me to have to go into the case and move them into a better alignment. Other than that, a great piece of kit!

Too few updates as to when delivery would be. Advised to use website tracker but this tells you nothing. Finally had to collect from courier depot, and found item was not boxed for shipping, but had simply been shipped in original box with a delivery sticker slapped on. Needless to say the original box arrived torn and dirty after spending a few days knocking about inside grubby courier vans - not good for an item purchased at over £100.

I received my order in the post and it looked like it had been kicked here, not transported in a van. When i opened the box it was obvious immediately that it was not a new item, as the original bags and wrapping were all ripped open. The item itself didn't have the original cable ties on the wires and it had marks/scratches on it. After trying 5 times to contact the correct department at box to organize a return, and after 30 mins left hanging on the phone, i tried option 1, not the correct ext 2, even though i knew it wasn't the right department, and got an instant voice. Although very polite this person recommended that i redial the other option and keep ringing until someone would eventually answer. I would need to fill in the relevant return form online and get a return number from the other department. Also that any refund could take up to 2 weeks to get after the engineers had inspected and tested the return item. All this Even though my complaint wasn't that it didn't work but that it wasn't NEW as i expected! Not happy with this ridiculous information i realized if i wanted this problem resolved before Xmas, then i would have to drive a 50 mile round trip to box and personally return the item myself, as box's phone lines, customer service and returns policy are an absolute joke. On my arrival i was pleasantly surprised (as i was expecting more problems) to find that the person who served me immediately recognized that the box was not new. Apparently it was something called an open box. He said he could order in a replacement, but didn't know when it would arrive, or i could have a refund (presumably onto my visa card and not instantly). I opted for a replacement that i saw sitting on the shelf in the showroom that apparently wasn't showing as stock. Probably because its the one i should have been sent originally? So, problem solved after wasting the best part of the day sitting in Birmingham traffic wasting time and petrol. Obviously i will never shop with box ever again, simply because of there appalling customer service helplines, that no one actually answers and there pathetic online returns policy.
