“I spoke to Owen to ask why I had not received the 2nd part of my signup free bet. He informed me that I had not qualified due to specific terms of the offer that I had misinterpretated. Although he stood by the terms, I expressed my displeasure with the way the offer had been presented, and he asked his supervisor to grant me the bonus as a goodwill gesture. Therefore I am happy with the customemr care provided and am happy to leave a positive review.”

“Issue with an enhanced offer link not working. Anya on Live Chat was helpful. She wasn't able to resolve the issue but advised me to contact customer service on the phone who were able to place my bet manually. Now I just need Arsenal and Man City to win!!! :)”

“Matthew very helpful and supportive making caveats towards qualifying for the free bet clear. I would suggest in the future that PayPal being exempt from free bet qualification should be made more clear when signing up to avoid deception to customers.”
