“every night im being let down badly by lack of cashouts.i could have 6 out of 8 games up and 1 of the other 2 stays red on suspended betting,giving no cashout option”

“No betting in running in races is a joke , very slow to pay out winning bets in comparison to other sites . As for free bets etc awful to what one could be losing . Measly 5e bet given it’s just not customer friendly and thats honest from a newish customer”

“Hi as a customer that has many accounts with many bookmakers I would say that bet fair is the best website and offers more choice and cash outs I would also say that you have no loyality scheme which is quiet poor majority of others have encentives I also play poker and your website for this is not good This is just my opinion”
