“New customers are getting gubbed within 2 weeks of signing up for opening offer. Seriously do Boyle not want customers. Avoid the site bet elsewhere.”

“Beware!!! In just two days of joining, they already reneged on their joining offer of "Bet £10 Get £30 in Free Bets". Apparently, this"mobile exclusive" means that it doesn't matter if you signed up on a mobile or placed up to £90 in bets. NO. It means that your exact qualifying bet must have been placed on mobile. By the way, the customer service reps interpreted this for me as "Bet £30 Get £15 in Free Bets". Not as catchy, is it? THIS IS BOYLESPORTS. Promos for days. But exclusions on technicalities, EVEN ON A JOINING OFFER. That early! And their customer service is the worst.”

“I just asked why I was ineligible for promos and this is the unhelpful reply I got “Upon checking, we can confirm that your account is ineligible to receive any Sportsbook Special Offers. This decision has been taken by our Trading Department. And please note that the restriction of special offers from your account is a management decision. As our terms and conditions state (agreed to by you when you opened your account), we reserve the right to monitor, restrict and/or alter the administration of special offers and trading concessions on a per client basis at our own discretion without prior notice. We will not be able to provide any further detail regarding this matter, but can confirm the decision will not be reversed””

“Would give them 0 stars if I could! Their new joiner promotion to give free bets is a con! You only get the full free bet amount after further paid bets after your initial bet to join. You have to make successive new bets to get the free bets. Every other site gives you the free bet amount in one go after the paid up initial bet. Such a con.”

“Well the fact you don’t pay out on higher sums is a joke can’t get the bonus on a pound a spin at all and when I do it’s less than ten/20 quid should be much better and 35 pound on 30 p spin still nothing turning into the worst site I’ve joined as for pics just shows how bad it treats me”

“I put on an each way bet on the 13:35 Wetherby, 17/02/2021. BoyleSports clearly stated on their website that they were paying an extra place (5 places instead of 4). My horse, Emissaire, finished 5th and I got in touch with Shella on the BoyleSports Live Chat when I saw that I had not been paid out. Shella (BoyleSports Gestapo) ignored my complaints and has temporarily revoked my Live Chat privileges. Ignore BoyleSports promotions and ignore their Live Chat. In fact, ignore BoyleSports permanently. A £2.8 million fine and added conditions to its licence tells its own story. Do not touch. You have been warned! If you have any issues with this shower of shysters, be sure to report them to IBAS.”

“Well must say seeing all the bad reviews i agree 100% John Boyle must be laughing at any mug that signs up me being one of them 1 day i lasted before closing account more chance of winning the euro than winning £1 on the slots game freezes and when you talk to help team well good luck with that but what a bonus they give you spend £50 on a game i never heard of to win up to 100 free spins . (Lucky if you get 5 ) sticking with paddypowers real money can be won”

“I placed a bet today the cashout was 109e but it would not let me confirm cashout .i called the hotline firstime i called for 10.39 seconds no answer hung up got an answer after 6m this was at 2.13 pm eventually got through told the person my issue but by then my cashout was less than my 55e bet .he reported the issue and replied they could see the cash out was 109e but they could not honer the bet and offered 25e free bet this half my wager not happy if you offer a cash out id expect to avale of this. I believe under the terms and conditions of betting i believe yous should honer this bet”

“DO NOT give Boyle sports your bank details. They turned my £10 deposit into an £85 deposit and refused to even investigate it, just took the money out of my account and basically said it was my fault.”
