“Casino gives ya back a couple of cent on promotions football is terrible dirt odds slots haven't ever paid out of gave a bonus rigged to bits for us to lose everytime I go into boylesports shop it's empty why because people are sick of rigged riggy casinos who have there money well made also have a screenshot that they are up more than 1000 euro on me and still can't pay out anything decent”

“Avoid this lot.very quick to accept deposit,after that it's been getting blood out of a stone,biggest bunch of amateurs 16 hrs later and still waiting on account verified,but no problem receiving the money? Not slow at this end.will advise to give a wide berth,a little flutter was supposed to bring a little enjoyment,only stress given at this website”

“very weak site, match bets with a long delay to the disadvantage of the player! a lot of match bets are not displayed or blocked! “This company is a sham, I signed up for their Bet £10, Get £20 + £10 Casino welcome bonus, spoke on chat and confirmed I would get the free bet if I placed the qualifying bet. I placed the bet and won, then contacted via Chat after the free bets weren’t credited and they claimed something about IP Address shared use and that I wouldn’t be offered this free bet. I signed up for my account using Mobile Data on my phone because I was out of the house and have been punished and denied the promotion for using Mobile Data? So they’re happy to take my money for bets but not willing to follow through their own welcome offer. They’ve lost a customer now for this deplorable behaviour.”

“In your coventry burges shop now this is the second time i have been in today and there is an asian male member of staff who has not came offhis mobile phone talking in his own lingo to his mates and not paying attention to customers placing bets he gas not spoke to me once when placing bets ialso notice his colleage is immaculate in uniform with name badge but this guy has no name badge and his shirt looks half ironed not a good repersentative of your company retraining or sacking might be in order.”

“Placed an ante post double for the Cheltenham Festival of 252 pounds at odds of6/4 and 30/100 expecting winnings of over 800 pounds. Only received 583 pounds. When I enquredI was told it was an echo way double. I checked and it was definitely a win double as I know I would never bet each way at these odds(and a 126 pound each way double which I supposedly did only returned 325 pounds. Avoid these rip off crooks, there are betting sites which aren't out tob rip you off. Am now escalating to independent betting adjudication service”

“Contacted them to ask if they could raise my weekly deposit limit from £50 to £100. After chasing, I was asked to upload my due diligence documents, which I did. Instead they have reduced it to £1 and I can't deposit anything at all. Customer Service is hopeless, saying that their Player Safety Team have tried phoning me, which is a blatant lie. Now in touch by email with Player Safety and they too are saying that they have tried phoning me. I've given my mobile and landline but had no missed calls on either, so they are lying. I suspect they are expecting me to give up as I won £800 plus from them recently. There's absolutely nothing wrong with my due diligence documents so I fail to see what their problem is, unless they don't like to keep customers that win - although £800 isn't huge in the scale of things.”
