“This is the second time I've used BPL as my first house purchase was a positive experience. Unfortunately this time I have been very disappointed. The communication is terrible, husbands left multiple messages with no one returning his calls. When we have chased for updates we have been made to feel like we are a pain, even been patronised and made out like we don't know what we're on about - very unprofessional. As a customer paying a lot of money I dont expect to have to chase them up to ensure they are doing their job. Then today it's come to light that our buyers solicitor have sent them the queries on the sale 7 days ago and no one had even acknowledged it, clearly been sat in someone's inbox/on a desk someone and ultimately delaying what should be a quick turnaround due to no chains. Very disappointed as such good previous service 3 years ago.”
