“Caron Abbot was absolutely amazing .Took over a complicated transaction from a useless michael coward whom never communicated with me & took days to reply to an email .Caron was a breath of fresh air - she called the day she was given the case (michael never called once)She was always on hand was quick to reply to messages & made my life easy .She's simply amazing & for her i would use this company again .Oh just to give eveyone a heads up the reason caron took over my case was because michael the coward left his roll so nobody reading this has to worry about using him .....Thanks again Caron ; )”

“Selling property is very stressful, but BPL made it as easy as it could be. I really liked the email updates and they didn't make a drama out of anything. I was so impressed with their service that I am using them again for a purchase. It is a different team this time, but just as efficient and friendly.”

“Disappointing and an embarrassment. Initially I thought they were very responsive but as the process went on, communication was very poor, attention to detail was lacking. They sent documents to wrong solicitors. They also don’t keep you up to date, and the online portal doesn’t reflect what’s really happening. Never spoken with conveyancer, only junior. I wouldn’t even mind slowness if they kept you informed and had the decency to reply but they don’t! Not impressed.”

“The BPL team were very professional, very kind and polite, they kept me in the loop throughout a quite stressful time. The team worked very well together and whoever I spoke to made you feel like you had known them for years. I was a little concerned about choosing an online solicitor, but it was a smooth ride. It was a lot easier for me than my buyers and sellers who never used an online company. I’d to thank all the staff that helped me have a successsful move. Cheers Cliff”

“This is the second time I have used bplsolicitors and both times received very good service. This purchase turned out to be more complicated than expected, but Kirsty and her team were very helpful and on the ball. I did find the job-sharing and dealing with four different people a bit frustrating. However, record-keeping was good and they picked up the pieces quickly and worked very well as a team. I am happy to recommend them”
