Dear Claire Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our website, customer feedback is always valuable. I note that you said in your email that you do not normally have trouble with deliveries by post to your address when paying by Paypal but I do feel that there may be a problem with this delivery. On putting your postcode into the Royal Mail postcode finder I see that there are 44 addresses with this postcode and a house number was not supplied, coupled with the order being sent in your maiden name this may mean that the postman did not know which address should receive the delivery. If you have not received your order with the post today please let me have your house number and I will send your order again. As I explained 1st class post is not guaranteed next day delivery and in fact, the Post Office does not deem a parcel to be lost until 3 weeks after dispatch. If the original should turn up please let me know and I will send you the postage to return it.
