“Even though I received the wrong parts, as soon as I contacted them it was solved. I received the correct part in 2 days and a return tag to send back the wrong part. We are all human and prone to mistakes but their customer service to correct the mistake was excellent.”

“I ordered thru brake crafters, and the site was easy to maneuver. Product came on time. Unfortunately, the size of the seals were not quite exact. One thing I did like , break crafters, took the parts back without any question and offered to find the right ones. I would shop there again thanks.”

“I ordered a rebuild kit for a clutch master cylinder paid for whatever shipping it was to Canada and had the order in 2 days... Outstanding. I ordered other parts from somewhere else paid the same for shipping and it was 10 days... I highly recommend Brake Crafters good parts and efficient... more than efficient shipping!”

“I am sorry I have forgotten the name of the man that assisted me with my quest for 1975 Honda GL 1000 Brake caliper rebuild kits and brake pads. I do appreciate his help. I was able to get the brake caliper for the rear rebuilt and found my front calipers were in good shape. I took it out today for a short ride and I think I may have to bleed the rear brake more but all is good. The kit I used worked perfectly. I will be recommending to my friends for their brake repairs. Thank you very much, Jim H. Loveland, Ohio”
