“They were very good to work with. I ordered the wrong part. And I called them. And they searched the internet. And found out which part I needed. They sent me the new part. And I sent the old part back. No problem.”

“I recently aquired a 1981 Suzuki GS1000G. Brakecrafters fixed me up with new brake pads and custom length brake lines. Plus, I stopped by the business in Troy and was able to meet the super friendly and helpful staff! AND the Italian greyhound! Quality and correct parts are found here.”

“I wanted to give out a shout to Steven who I talked to on the phone when they didn't have my set of brake pads in. He let me know what day they'd be in and when they'd be up on the website. I checked the day early just for grants and there are only six left out of the 60 he ordered. So I was able to get my set of brakes. I have yet to test him however. But these guys are the real deal, American made, support your local businesses.”

“Brakecrafters used to be located just down the road from me in Cave Creek, AZ. They moved! I found them in Ohio, and it's like they're still just down the road. Friendly, personal service, with fair prices to boot! Love the videos and the main contact I spoke with over the phone was knowledgeable and patient with me. Bought enough stuff to even get a free Tshirt!! Excellent!!”

“Other than missing one rubber washer, my kits were good. Everything the right size and fit for my motorcyle. The rubber washer missing was on my rear master cylinder for the hose that connects the reservior to the master cylinder.”
