“Your support guy never beleived me when i told him your dust seals are wrong. He said tokico never made a seal bigger than yours in the picture left mine right. He just sent two more wrong seals. I told him not too , because they are wrong. i put my old dust seals on to the right. piston seals works a ok and the rest of the kit.”

“Waited for my kit for 2 weeks, was issued a refund and told my kit was discontinued / order cancelled… missed 2 track days and have been out of a bike going on 3 weeks now.”

We are sorry to hear about your frustration with delivery. I looked up your order and the issue was that the address entered was not a valid address. We received your order on August 20, 2024, and shipped the same day. The USPS attempted delivery on August 24, 2024, the package could not be delivered due to an "Invalid Address" issue. They returned to our facility, and a full refund was issued. Please contact us via email or phone and we can get the kit out to you via FedEx 2Day service!

“3 out of 4 piston seals (packing) were the incorrect size. The bleed screw was the incorrect size too. The kit said it would fit a 2005 Kawasaki z750s. Very disappointed - had to order from someone else, but you don't know you have a problem until you have already opened the package.”

“I ordered three things.Front and rear brakes,rear master cylinder rebuild kit for my 1996 ducatti 900ssp.Brakes were fine Recieved ok,brakes fit,master cylinder kit did not.Unfortunatley i tore the kit open before realizing it.Only thing fit was the new spring and dust boot.Luckly i was abail to clean and re assemble.”

“Ordered a front master cylinder rebuild kit for my 81 Honda cb650c, was very pleased with website design and ordering process. Items were impressively packaged, overall high opinion of brakecrafters. However the kit did not match the parts I took out. Did not work for my bike. Maybe I misread the fitment list or otherwise missed something? If so I would love to know and I'll change the review”

“The part sent to me was incomplete i ordered a set for 2 4 piston brakes seal kit but what was sent to me is a single set. i sent an email but nobody has responded to my email. very poor service and i felt like i was scammed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered products after prompt delivery on a previous order. Had an issue at checkout because it didn’t accept the 15% off code prior to me hitting pay or whatever. Emailed asking for this to be resolved, never heard anything back. Then the products eventually arrived considerably later than everything else I ordered the same day. The stuff seems good but I can’t even get a simply email back telling me I’d get the discount they offered or I’d atleast know I was out of luck instead of you guys not even caring enough to respond.”

“The clutch master cylinder kit did not work. Spent countless hours trying to. Customer service called and tried to help me out but to jo avail. Missed the end of the riding season stubbornly getting it to work. Today, installed a kit from Kawasaki shop and it worked perfectly !!!! I caution folks... if the package does not say, Kawasaki," don't buy it. Lastly, this kit cost far less than the kit about which I am commenting. But, it did not include the solid plunger that goes on top of the spring.”

Hi Mark, If you check the tracking, you can see you placed your order on Sunday the 17th and this was confirmed received by the Post Office on the very next day, Monday morning. Tracking will only show as far as the U.S border where once it is handed over to Canada Post there is no more tracking for postal services. We shipped your order the first business day and pride ourselves on how quickly we ship, but we cannot control either the USPS (Which generally do a very good job!) or more so, can't control Canada Post (Which we hear does have a lot of difficulty) Hey, we hate when things don't get where they should be on time and during this pandemic, we've had a lot of issues with all the carriers (Fedex, UPS and DHL) It sucks all round and we're not picking on you - and don't think its fair to pick on us. You placed your order on the Sunday the 17th and here's the tracking to show when we delivered and scanned at the Post Office - LW008058474US

“The seals didn't fit and neither did the pistons. I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this was honestly a waste of my money and my time. Whatever quality control brakecrafters is running, it has failed in this instance.”
