The parts that I ordered were delivered on time and in good condition. However, they were for the wrong bike. I ordered what I needed, but when I got would not fit. No idea where the disconnect is.

The brake pistons did not fit so we had to refurbish and use the old ones

Well, I am sorry to say that the piston seal is completely the wrong size! The quick shipping was a nice touch though! I still have 2 more calipers to rebuild, so I guess we shall see what happens!

Line is a great quality but it's short. It was suppose to fit my 2004 r1150rt and it shows on the shipping package for the r1150r models. It's snug enough that when I turn one way it tightens up and pulls on the line. The oe line went over the front and through the middle of the triple tree clamps and this line only had enough room to go straight down and it nearly rubs my tank when I turn to the right.

The parts arrived as ordered, however I ordered the brake pads for the wrong model bike. Unfortunately the price to ship the parts back for return make it difficult to justify sending them back. It would be nice if the return wasn’t so costly.

I was initially sent the wrong part. There was a bit of back-and-forth trying to get a return label email to me. The customer service representative I dealt with was very good. So while I’m happy with my interaction with the live person, I never did get the part I needed.

I'll write a review once I actually receive it. Ordered a week before Christmas and still haven't gotten it.

I guess I didn’t have a problem with customer service, yet. I bought some goldfren brake pads but they are so much worse than the worn out pads that I had on my bike, I asked for a refund or a credit to a more reputable brand (EBC, Galfer) so I’ll re-review when I get a reply from them. JP 2008 ZX14R ridden aggressively but not stupidily.

Would of rated 5 but sent two of the same inside brake pads for the second front brake caliper. In other words three of the same brake pads instead of two different pairs.
