“I bought four Brakecrafters kits form my 2005 Suzuki GSF1200 Bandit. Two front brake rebuild kits for the six piston Tokico calipers, One front brake master cylinder rebuild and one clutch master and slave rebuild. The front caliper kits were excellent. When I rebuilt the clutch system I couldn't get the lever to return to a fully out position. After several attempts at ensuring everything was clean and there were no abnormalities in the stock parts that would cause this problem I measured the Brakecrafters master cylinder return spring. It was made of .2mm finer wire and was noticeably softer. The slave cylinder return spring was made from the same diameter wire as the stock spring but was wound with more turns and was again softer. I replaced the Brakecrfters springs with the stock springs and the system worked perfectly. I also had to use the OEM rubber boot on the clutch master as the Brakecrafters one was made of thicker material and pinched when compressed causing a notchy feeling. I will probably return the front brake master cylinder rebuild kit if possible and use Suzuki parts. .”

“I'm not trying to write a bad review but we ordered for a 1985 Honda the 2 front was correct. The back is the same size as front but was sent one that was to long. Pics show the different size the right size are the 2 cards that say ss how can I return the rear one that's too long.”

“The parts I received were not as advertised. However I able to receive a full refund including the expedited shipping I paid. I would have given more stars, but there was no response to multiple attempts at contact until I placed an appeal through PayPal.”

“Ordered a front caliper kit for a GS500E and only one piston fit. Brakecrafters was kind enough to send another piston but it didn't fit either. Both pistons were about 0.001" diameter too big with a resulting interference fit. Reinstalled the original and it's working with no leaks. Product was partially disappointing but the customer service was great!”

“I got 1 of two caliper rebuild kits. The advertsiement made it sound as if I get both front brake O-ring kits! At $35, it would seem reasonable to get both seal kits.”

“I received the parts on time and in full. Comparing the master cylinder pistons with the OEM parts being replaced I found the spiral grooves had considerable mismatch on the tool resulting in flash that closed the sprial. I had to open them up with a hacksaw and considered reusing my OEM ones. Brake Crafters has to maintain their tools and install better QC.”

“Got a slave cylinder rebuild kit for a 1983 vf750c and whole rebuild kit was excellent except the kit came with the incorrect main gasket for the whole slave cylinder so now I'm having to toss that gasket and find one off of ebay to complete the job which will be another week out so kind of frustrating on that part of it but rest of the kit was spot on for a competitive price.”

“Hi there, I was very exited to get this kit for my Kawasaki KZ1300 but at the end it didn’t work. The brake caliper pistons do not fit the caliper, diameter of the pistons is slightly too big and to will need machining to make it work. The dust seal are too small. The only part I was able to use was the pistons seals. I used many of your products previously with no issues and will continue to use in the future.”

“Purchased caliper rebuild kits for my 1979 KZ1300. Kits were good except they were not complete. They did not include the rubber sleeves that are attached to the caliper bolts.”

“I placed two orders last Sunday. One order arrived on Thursday. This is the following Sunday and the second order still has not arrived. When I placed the first order, I remembered that I needed a brake bleeder so I immediately placed a second order. If it had been recognized as going to the same person perhaps both orders could have been packaged together. The bike was due at a consignment On Saturday so I could not finish the work. Now I have to pay them to complete the work.”

“Kit was missing small orings for main through bolts, not a big deal but the idea was to “completely” rebuild the caliper, had to make a special trip to find elsewhere”
