“It was a very satisfying experience. I left the key in a lockbox for the brake specialist and we communicated by text. The great thing was his honest inspection results in telling me that my back brake pads still had some life in them and that it would only be recommended to change out the front pads. Would definitely recommend them for your convenient brake service needs.”

“Tim was the service tech that came to my residence. He was informative and very proficient at his job. Work was done in little less than 45 minutes. I am pleased with the work done and value my time, so I enjoyed having a tech come to my place. Will definitely use Brakes to Go with future brake work.”

“Tim was right on time, quick to the point and very friendly! He got all brakes and back rotors replaced very quickly. Beats waiting at a dealership for 2 hours or more, that's for sure. Will only use Brakes-to-go from now on!”

“Great Job! Never been more pleased with the honesty and integrity of a company. I thought I needed a front rotor replacement, but your very knowledgeable tech informed me that it was actually both control arms that were bad and causing the vibration I was feeling. He could have easily charged me for rotors, but he was very honest and I will be scheduling 100% of my brake needs with “Brakes to Go” moving forward. THANK YOU!”

“This is by far the best auto experience I’ve had! Tim, the service technician, was so patient and listened to all of my concerns with my brakes. He asked questions, tested my car, and inspected it thoroughly. After taking the time to explain to me what issue I had, he replaced my brake pads swiftly and made sure to test them afterwards. Thank you for such a great customer experience! I’ll be recommending Brakes To Go to everyone.”

“Brakes to go is an awesome service! They didn't make me feel bad for letting my brakes get onto rough shape (yay cash flow issues) like some places do. Tim was very nice, easy to talk to, and did a quality and quick job. Definitely will be recommending BtG to any friends and family that need brake work done! Thanks y'all!”
