“These guys are great. They agreed to come out to my house for an issue they don’t directly support, do an inspection, and determine the cause. They were not able to fix but did identify the issue and explain how to relay to the dealer. This was all at no charge. I would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“Unbelievably good customer service. This company is very honest, convenient, quick, friendly and trustworthy. They didn’t just show up and recommend a bunch of unnecessary work just to run up your tab like most mechanics seem to do. Actually they did quite the opposite, showed up, tested the car and told me what I DIDN’T need done, incredibly refreshing. I’m not originally from the area, and know nothing about cars, so it’s been difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic after using the same one for most of my life. But this company is truly doing it right and they just gained a lifelong customer for whenever I need brake work done. Seriously awesome, highly recommend.”

“I could not be more impressed with Garrett and Brakes to Go. I am a teacher and was not able to leave my class or talk to him on the phone. He texted me when he got there, when he had diagnosed what my car needed, and then contacted my husband, as well. He let me know he was done with my car and that I was all set! I wish Brakes to Go did more than just brakes!”

“Good morning, My first experience with "BRAKES TO GO" was nothing short of outstanding. The technician was on time, very courteous and respectful. Explained in detail, the job as he progressed through it. Was very thorough in his inspection of my vehicles brake system. Was up front in any changes to the charges before he proceeded. “Excellent service. Jaime the service agent was prompt and knowledgable about what needed to be done with my brakes. He even helped me fix a rattling problem with my car that didnt have anything to do with my brakes. Fast service in installing my front brakes. Easily done at the apartment complex I live at. Definitely will use again.”
