“Amazing service. They define the good that local businesses bring to the community. Extremely friendly, super professional, and very thorough. Jaime came out and did the inspection of my brake issue and determine that it was a sensor that was causing issues in changing the gear. Went back to the shop, brought the part and fixed it right away. Didn’t need any monitoring or attention from me.
Followed guidelines related to COVID and wore a mask the whole time even though it was crazy hot. Even sprayed down my car key with a disinfectant after the work was done.
After he was done fixing the car, he went ahead and checked the break pads for free and gave his honest assessment. I was told by another auto body shop that I need to replace my rear brake pads but Jaime recommenced that they are in good condition and can easily go for another 25k miles.
