“I just moved here to McKinney and bought a used vehicle an just thought that I simply needed brakes. The online options gave the tech enough information that he was able to not only fix my brake but also gave his professional advice and he replaced the back rotors as well.fast and seemingly easy and with confidence. I appreciate him also enduring the rain and cold seeing that our first appointment was for a previous day (didn't know I needed rotors).(David)”

“Brakes to Go is a great service. They are reasonably priced. I'm a DYI-er, but for a few more bucks you can have a pro do the job quickly. The best part is you don't have to drive anywhere. They come to you rain or shine. The technician was prompt, friendly and quick. For the price you can't beat it. I would use this service again. I highly recommend Brakes to Go”

“Gabe, was the mechanic sent to my appointment. This is the second time and car I’ve used Brakes To Go. They have great prices, came within a one hour window. Definitely, the easiest experience I’ve had with dealing with my vehicle repairs. Gabe was super nice, polite, and made me understand exactly what was needed, why, and exactly what he was going to do. All thumbs up!”

“I was very pleased with the entire process of using Brakes to Go. Got my appointment fast and the technician came to my office. “FANTASTIC SERVICE!! I sent an email inquiring at 830 am about getting info on how to set up an appointment. I was called literally 5 mins later and had an appointment set for that same day. I was told my rep would be there around 11am, he was super early(which is great), and was able to get all the work done on my brakes in 45 mins. I never skipped a beat during my work day and i could continue on as usual. I will use them again!!”

“I dread needing to service my car. As a woman, there is always the underlying fear (reality?) that I am not getting all of the facts or options, but am instead being pressured to spend the most money possible because I don’t know the first thing about cars & car repair. Working with Michael from Brakes to Go was a refreshing, revelatory change of pace. He gave me a choices, there was no hard sell, he was on time, professional and courteous. Not having to wait in a crowded repair shop waiting room during COVID was just the icing on the cake.”
