“Service was excellent with my break tech, Tim. He was polite, assessed my vehicle thoroughly, and fixed what needed to be fixed without any attempts to upsell me on extras. I appreciated this company sending their service to me on location. Was much easier than taking in to a shop somewhere. The work was fast, and proper. Tim gave me confidence in getting back out on the road. He not only got me squared away with the new replacement parts, fluids, etc,...but also gave me a little peace of mind letting me know everything was covered under a 24,000 mile warranty. Would recommend this company/service!”

“Mechanic was very attentive. When he arrived he immediately inspected. Then showed and explained what was happening. Gave different options. Couldn't be there for payment, so great you can pay over phone. Very pleasant and positive experience.”

“Jamie's, the technician, expertise and ability to explain the problems with the brakes on my Honda CR-V were among the best I've seen in Austin. These guys are extremely responsive, honest and service oriented. Definitely a high quality operation and I wouldn't consider any other brake repair shop.”
