“It was very easy to schedule an appointment, the technician arrived right on time, and my brakes were fixed in a little over an hour, all without the necessity of needing to take my car to a shop and sit in a waiting room. Excellent service and would definitely use again.”

“I made the appointment and driver was on time despite coming north thru traffic time. He was very professional and nice. Drove the car around the street and came back told me what the problem was and then fixed it. It was wonderful. I would strongly recommend their services. Very good customer service. Saved me a lot of time. Well worth it.”

“These guys were great! They answer my phone call right away, answered all my questions over the phone, so I felt I did a great decision in choosing them to do the work on my vehicle. They scheduled me in on the same day, came out to my place of employment and fixed the brakes on my car while I was at work. Very impressed with the time it took to get it done and the price was very reasonable compared to many other companies I had called. No hidden charges. It was a great experience with them. I definitely recommend them.”

“Breaks To-Go is AWESOME! Two kind employees came to my house exactly at their scheduled time and inspected my car while I waited inside. After about 30 minutes, they invited me outside and detailed the problem they found. They took the time to explain the problem to me in layman's terms and did not try to oversell me on things I didn't need. Because of Breaks-To-Go, I saved nearly $1,000 by not working with the BMW dealership (who tried to overcharge me significantly). Breaks-To-Go offered to fix my break problem (for $325), but did not pressure me at all to work with them. Because of their honesty and genuine desire to help me, I gladly had them fix my break problem and my car has been driving perfectly since then! I definitely recommend Breaks-To-Go and would use them again in a heartbeat.”

“The process was quick and super easy. Everyone was professional the entire time. A man came out and assessed what needed to be done, advised me (he let me know of a deeper issue happening with my car even though they wouldnt be the ones to assist with it) and then got to work and got my brakes and rotors done super quick. I can't recommend them enough.”

“Very responsive, both by return email to my inquiry and by phone the next business day. Booking agent Trey was very helpful. He even picked a tech who was a former Lexus mechanic. I can't remember his name, but the new guy he brought along had the same name. They sold me, for a little extra, Lexus-specific pads with sensors. I opted for the extra warranty. They were in and out in one hour and forty minutes. It was great.”
