“Will be reporting this place as a scam charge me 2x the part rate and 4 hours of labor in which the tech took off to do another job… who does that? Also will be reporting did to the better business bureau”

“I never received my receipt or warranty and my brakes still squeak. I emailed and didn’t receive a response. The person that came out to fix my brakes was very professional and on time.”

“Brakes to you was referred by me to my sister. She called and paid 600$ for repairs and the brake booster went out again after 45 days, they used a rebuilt brake booster. Be aware people they are using substandard parts for brake repair which could cause injury or death to the car owner. The warranty was up 15 days prior to the incident, and my sister was hurt because of them. Don’t use them unless you fully understand the parts you are getting is substandard rebuilt parts. They lost all of us. The whole family and then to add insult to injury act like you don’t care! Never again!”

“Just phoned Bakers to go manager, horrible attitude, terrible manners for a man doing his job. I was told the entertainment that was in the brochure would be supplied. However, what is made to look foolish with my friends as I had booked the holiday and told them that Christian was there Tonight as that was why we booked the holiday cost £189 when asked if he would compensate as we did not get what we paid for and had been assured of my one of his girls on the phone on Tuesday. they said they couldn’t trace their calls as too many people call so I was more or less called a liar. I would not put with this lot again.”
