“First time using a mobile brake service. The process was fast and easy. I submitted a quote request late in the afternoon on a Monday. I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Jose contacted me to say he was on his way, and just a few minutes later he arrived. My brakes were grinding, and the damage to the left front rotor was obvious. I asked Jose to go ahead and do the rear pads as well as the front rotors and pads. The service was performed in my work parking lot. Jose was quick and polite. There wasn't a bit of mess left after the job. I have to say the process was easy, and fast. It's a bit more expensive than doing it myself which I typically do. It was also a bit more expensive than what my typical shop would charge. Considering Brakes To Go comes to you, and the process was so easy. It's certainly worth the little bit extra.”

“When I called to make my appt the person who answered the phone wanted to give me an approximate estimate on the phone. I told him I had a burnt out caliper on the left rear, the first estimate included shoes for that wheel for approx $278. If both wheels needed shoes, the estimate was $378. The final charge was $640. In the past you guys have always been in the ballpark. I was surprised at the charge. Im sure the the charges were fair My service technician was excellent. As usual !”

“My first appointment I was told that the squeaking was coming from my back brakes. This appointment I was told it was actually my front brakes, but my back brakes were replaced and now I still have squeaking from the front.”

“The repair man was friendly and knowledgeable. He was here on time and left no mess. He offered two products and said the one I chose was warranted for 50,000 miles, however I did not get any paperwork about that warranty and I would like it.”

“Robert did outstanding had mask on the whole time changed into new gloves as needed, he cared enough to suggest a better quality pad, and as a technician he was very efficient and organised. I will definitely recommend brakes to go to all our friends for their brakes services needs.”
