“An important selling point that Brand Outlet advertises is that if an order is placed with them before 14.30 Monday to Thursday, then the goods will be dispatched the same day.
I placed an order on Weds 13th Jan and received a confirmation email at 13.46 confirming my order had been received; so as this was before 14.30, I fully expected delivery the following day.
I received no further confirmation or update that day to say my order had been dispatched, and confirmed this further by logging into my account which showed that the order was still being 'processed'
The order process was completed and dispatched the following day (Thu 14th Jan) and I received the order on Fri 15th January. This was DISAPPOINTINGLY a day late, missing a vital birthday.”
