“I was supposed to receive my order on Thursday, it is now Saturday and I still have not received it. DPD said they hadn't received the shoes from the warehouse, Brand Outlet said they had dispatched the shoes and are waiting to hear back from DPD... I am still waiting to see what has happened to my shoes... The Brand Outlet liaison was very professional and said she would reply on Monday once she had more information. However, as I had ordered the shoes for next day delivery and they have not yet arrived, I find this quite poor service. The previous day, a friend had also ordered a pair of shoes and she has not received them yet either....”
“The service was excellent. Shoes were sent immediately and price was very good.
My only complaint would be that although the classification of colour of the shoes on the website was correct, the pictures of the shoes on the website did not show the true colour, which look different in natural light (ie outdoors). I had worn them outside before I realised, so could not return.”
“I'll be honest, at a 50% reduction on a Tsovet watch I was worried it was going to be a fake. The watch is a limited edition, is avaliable exactly nowhere in the UK and would have cost me over$300 from tthe official brand site. How much from Brand Outlet? £90. Anyway, I took a gamble. It arrived in two business days. The real deal. Beautiful watch and I just saved myself over a hundred quid. Delighted. No idea how they do it.”
“Really quick delivery & well packaged couldn't ask for more on that front , only problem I had was the bag I ordered was yellow with black hardware & the bag I received was yellow with gold hardware . So will have to return as don't like the yellow & gold”
