“Ordered the Wood Wood Luna Trench coat. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Coat itself was lovely but the only downpoint was that one of the buttons was missing. the coat came with one replacement button that is attached to the labels however when trying the coat on I actually found the missing button in the pocket of the coat..which made me think it was sent out like this.
The coat itself is lovely and was a great bargain so I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back so will instead fix it myself.”
