“The fact that returns are not included in the shipping fee is a BIG disadvantage for me. Brand outlet is the ONLY online retailer out of almost 50 I use that doesn't offer this. It has put me off shopping with them MANY times. This is also because the rates they get for shipping as a business are far more competitive than what I get as an individual at my local post office.
I hope they can consider including free returns in the shipping costs - this would be a game changer for me.”
