“I ordered a UK size 7 and a size 41 was shipped. It's pretty clear that a 41 does not convert to a size 7. It feels like you were simply filling an order... the wrong order! Now I have to go through the return process and wait for a refund. A complete waste of my time.”

“A good site with a reliable range of labels. It's one of my 'destination' outlets and I will definitely use again. However if I have one quibble, it's the promise about next day delivery if you order before a certain time. I suppose this relies upon the courier's schedules but just west of Swansea, delivery is never next day. This should be made clearer when you order.”
