“Ordered matching swimming costume and shorts for holiday, which was confirmed as both available. Then informed by delivery company that it did not have item/s so unable to deliver. Brand outlet emailed to say glitch in computer system and one of the items unavailable. I had no time to buy any other items as holiday departure . Very frustrating and annoying that has left me feeling complete lack of confidence in brand outlet as I've not experienced this with other companies.”
“I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 36, unfortunately have received one pair in size 38, so the process for checking items before sending out needs a review. Disappointed however hope a replacement in the correct size can be sent!”
“I did not receive my items. I emailed to enquire as to why and did not receive a response to my email. I then had to chase by telephone at which point I was told that my order for one item had been cancelled as you did not have it in stock. However, there was no explanation as to why I was not notified of this or why the other item was not dispatched. Highly disappointing service.”

“Easy to navigate website. I liked that there were designers that are not quite so well known. Quality of goods offered was consistent. Discounts very much appreciated. Delivery was fantastic, although it did look as though the boxes the goods were delivered in had been through the wars. I returned a few items, I did buy quite a number, and this was accomplished extremely quickly and easily. I will be back.”
