“Very good. Got the shoes delivered by dpd as promised, 1 hour time slot on morning of delivery, and a great price. The shoes didn't fit, and sending them back using label printed from website was easy. I presume they got there, but I only sent them yesterday and haven't checked.”

On the day of dispatch I was told the order was delayed and offered a refund and then two days later I was told my order had been cancelled and I would not be receiving any of the items I had ordered and PAID for 1 month before.”
