“I ordered a pair of Grenson boots. Whilst I loved the look of them and the delivery was quick, the matching pair were clearly seconds or had slipped through the QA process. The right boot was about a centimetre smaller in height that the left bot. The sole was also attached differently. A waste of time ordering, receiving and sending back. Please QA your items properly before despatch.”
“My family have purchased four handbags from brand outlet.com. They are one of the few places in the UK where you can buy a handbag brand that my sister and I love. Unfortunately two of the handbags arrived damaged. Customer service hasnt been the greatest as both times the bags had gone out of stock so couldn't be replaced. I can see from scanning other reviews we aren't the only ones this has happened to.”
