Excellent confirmation of my purchase to delivery . Unfortunately I had to send back as my purchase did not fit me . The refund was back in my account after 48 hrs . 5 stars and more .”
“Product was lovely but was described incorrectly so the first order had to be returned as it was too small. When I contacted customer service to raise this they basically told me I was wrong and then "as a goodwill gesture" "on this occasion" would grudgingly refund my postage. OK I got my postage refunded but it was inconvenient and annoying to return the large box. The description specifically said to select a size down from my normal size but when the boots arrived they were far too small. When I got my usual size they fit fine. An apology for the inconvenience at the very least wouldn't have gone amiss. Refund processed promptly and delivery etc good however.”
