“The delivery was fast but only after i had called to say that the payment have not been taken after 2 days. Also on 27th December no one answered the phone all day. I only managed to get through to someone via email on 28th but when I did speak to Sasha she was extremely helpful and got everything processed fast.”
“The item purchased is fine. However I do have an issue with communication & customer service. I chose next day delivery for an extra £7 or so and yet my parcel was not delivered the next day. If I'd known i would have stuck to free standard delivery! Despite my email query I received no answer. A bit shoddy really.”
“Quick delivery. Excellent products at a large discount. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that the sizing measurements for the Gloverall men's coats isn't very clear and has taken three orders to get the right size! Luckily the coat was still in stock in the smaller options.
Measurements for the sizes would be helpful. What is supplied is too vague.”
