“Returned a pair of trainers after 8 months ownership ( ocassional wear at week ends = apx. 60 times) The soles split in half. Returned them. Firstly told that they could not find order on their system (even though I sent back the original packing note with ALL details on) and secondly that this is looked at as fair wear and tear. There are only two items, the yellow crew neck military cashmere sweater is missing. And another one is kind of dirty and with a broken tag. I tried clean the sweaters with the sticker roll. But the tan crew neck cardigan stitch knit sweater is still pilling and cottony. And the part of tags for the tan crew is missing. AND no one replies me after I did email you on 30/12/2017.”
