“The parcel is delivered in a broken box, with a big hole on one side of the box(a hand could easily get in). One of the items is missing. And another one, the tan crew neck cardigan stitch knit sweater, is still pilling and cottony after cleaning by the sticker roll.”

“I ordered some Penelope Chilvers boots that now, having worn them a few times, are obviously defective. Firstly, the tabs that are sewn into the boots to pull them on are not accessible so they're a struggle to get on. Secondly, they gap around my ankles and are very tight around my calves (I have normally sized calves).
So between the pulling up tabs being inaccessible, and the strange shape, they wind up with a strange puff at the ankles.
I've put them in my goodwill pile.”
“I purchased a pair of Tricker's boots. They were advertised at a most attractive price, but if the price is too good to be true then it generally is. The boots had a cut right through the welt, obviously seconds. I have owned Tricker's for over thirty years and I am sure that Tricker's wouldn't let this standard of work pass through their quality control.
So I had the hassle of returning these boots.
You would think that I would have left a one star rating, the reason for giving two stars is because the returns /refund process was very straightforward.”
“I was disappointed to find that the shoes arrived in a battered box and crumped tissue paper. As the shoes were reduced to half price, I decided to overlook the poor presentation. However I was particularly disappointed that the left hand shoe had a powdery residue imprint of toes. Had I not been overly keen on the shoes I would have returned them. It has however left me feeling generally unhappy. I doubt I will shop with BrandOutlet again.”
