"Your behaviour has been an utter disappointment, \r\n\r\nTerrible service, you choose to simply be dishonest. \r\n\r\nYou are so comfortable in deceiving your customers, and still from them. \r\nI do not recommend there other websites where you can buy stuff from hustle free. And with honesty.\r\n\r\nThis company are so quick to take your money, but it come to step up and do the righting, they are no where to found. \r\n\r\nIf you return an item the chances are you will never see your money or the items. \r\nThey are very comfortable stilling from you. \r\n\r\nI do not recommend, \r\nUntrustworthy and caning"

"That's appalling behaviour for a digital business. I ordered a winter coat just before Christmas (very good deal, so I was excited to bag it), they sent me a completely wrong item - a shirt (same brand). I contacted them saying can you please send me my coat and arrange return of the shirt as I didn't order it. It took them days to respond, then they realised they made a mistake and were never intending to be selling the coat at that price. They then updated my Orders portal by replacing coat with a shirt - as if that's what I ordered... and came back with a standard \"sorry, we ran out of stock\" - as if!\r\n\r\nShould've stuck to Yoox and Zalando! Lesson learned."
